Today, our school hosted a meeting with the well-known British children’s author Toby Glover — the writer of more than 20 engaging books for young readers.
During the visit, the author read excerpts from his books, filled with humor, rhyme, and vivid characters — from naughty dolphins to pirate zombies and even pet dinosaurs!
The atmosphere was truly lively and warm — the children listened with great interest and actively participated in discussions. They learned many fascinating details about the process of creating books, and the author happily answered all their questions.
Such meetings broaden horizons and inspire a love of reading and creativity.
