Malta Crown students have been preparing for the Conference for several months.
On the last day of the holidays, they took part in a masterclass on acting and communication led by a professional theatre director.
The students practiced:
learning to confidently introduce themselves and connect with new people;
finding engaging conversation topics and sharing their interests;
developing the ability to be an interesting speaker and an attentive listener;
practicing non-verbal communication — understanding each other without words, using only eye contact and gestures ;
holding short conversations with unfamiliar peers — maintaining dialogue and finding common ground within a minute;
playing the engaging game “Crazy Hands” — a fun exercise for team synchronization and focus;
At the end of the session, students presented final acting performances in mini-teams: they applied all the skills they had learned and delivered real mini-plays.
