On September 10th, the first session of the Malta Crown School Student Council took place.
At our school, it's important that every student feels heard. That's why we created the Student Council—a platform where students can express ideas, propose changes, and influence school life.
The first session was held under the motto: "From Dreams to Possibilities: What Do We Want to Change in Our School?"
For school rules to be effective, they must be accepted by everyone—both adults and children. The discussion was very active.
The students participated in a brainstorming session and proposed a wide range of ideas—from rules for using gadgets to organizing school events;
discussed each proposal, learning to justify their opinions;
compiled a "long list" of ideas that will be further developed at future meetings.
At the next session, the students will select the most important proposals and begin preparing a justification for the school administration.
