A tree for memory

All news
Our school has another beautiful tradition: each graduating class plants a tree on the island of Malta as a keepsake of their school years spent at Malta Crown.

Over the years of studying, each student seems to take root in the Maltese land, but the time comes — and it’s time for the young people to go their own way.

During the graduation celebration, there is a ribbon‑cutting ceremony that symbolises saying goodbye to childhood. At this moment, the Malta Crown teachers share words of encouragement with each student and wish them nothing but success on their future life path.

The ribbons are kept as mementos, and the tree is always planted near the school.

Over the 27 years of Malta Crown’s existence, a small grove of these symbolic trees has already grown on Malta!
