Over the weekend, the children enjoyed a delightful walk through the historic streets of the "Three Cities" in Malta, founded by the Knights of the Order of Malta. The "Three Cities" is the collective name for Birgu, Senglea, and Bormla—cities whose impressive fortifications were originally built to defend against the Ottoman Empire. Though their administrative and military significance diminished with the rise of the new fortress capital, Valletta, these cities still retain the captivating charm of their chivalric past.
